KIKI & SEBBY® was founded by Dr Sharon Heng and Ms Alice Au and inspired by Dr Heng’s two young children: Kiki and Sebby. It is about the love for babies, families and the environment. It is about creating sustainable and safe baby products that parents like the founders can trust with researched techniques and materials, through careful and innovative designs to ensure longevity of products KIKI & SEBBY® creates.
The fore company was Angel Baby Box Pte Ltd which was founded in 2016 by Dr Sharon Heng and Ms Alice Au, when they launched the luxurious Angel Babybox®, inspired by the Finnish baby box which for the last 75 years has been gifted to new parents by the Finnish State. The Finnish baby box, a cardboard box full of essential maternity products, can be used as a bed during those initial weeks and it is believed that this has helped to decrease infant mortality rates in Finland. Inspired by the difference Finland has made to the infant mortality rates, Sharon and Alice designed the Angel Babybox® – taking the Finnish babybox to the next level of luxury and longevity.
Sharon and Alice’s initial product, the Angel Babybox® has been a huge success and has gained awards and recognition on an international level. Driven by a continued passion to design both luxurious and innovative baby products, Sharon and Alice decided to relaunch the brand as KIKI & SEBBY® in order to push their business forwards and grow their offering to parents.
Every single range from KIKI & SEBBY® has won independent awards within the nursery industry and can be found in the market in Singapore, United Kingdom and Thailand.
The success of the brand was only possible through inspirations alongside the founders, a team of talented designers who enabled the development of a range of safety driven textile and furniture products using sustainable and high-quality materials through careful research and design. Each product produced by KIKI & SEBBY® undergoes rigorous testing during rounds of development and undergoes safety certification with British Standards. Each thread used within the product and each wooden panel would have passed through material testing to ensure it is safe for our child and the environment.
The Angel Babybox® was just the foundation, the roots if you like, of a growing brand which is aimed to appeal to like minded families who are equally particular about safety, standards, beauty and the environment.
In 2022, we saw the launch of a textile range of gorgeous muslins, sleeping bags, comforters and much more.
In 2023, we saw the launch of the SBROUT® an ingeniously innovative piece of modular furniture – a piece of furniture that encompasses everything KIKI & SEBBY® stands for as the SBROUT® grows with your child reflecting the fully sustainable and longevity design brought into live.
KIKI & SEBBY® are fast becoming a must-have brand for parents around the world, but it is also sought after by discerning celebs too. We hope our love for our family and environment can be felt through our products and we hope you love our creation too.
The materials are fantastic and the mattress is also firm but comfortable. When made into a crib it is secure, sturdy and is very luxurious. The safety belt feature was especially reassuring to have. This was so easy to use as travel cot and also most importantly easy to carry and set up. This meant my daughter did not have to get used to a different sleeping crib or cot.
The fact the material (cotton) is, soft and eco-friendly helps and reassures that you’re doing your bit for the planet but not compromising on luxury. I really love that its neutral and the size is big enough To last but not too big that it can’t easily be transported around and stored. The carry case is a great help to do this.
I received the beautiful Angel BabyboxTM and was instantly in love with the quality of the finish and the use of natural materials. I was also blown away by the multi-use purpose of this for my baby due to the constraints of modern life storage spaces, It becomes a soft and spacious playmat for the little one when she is ready for tummy time, then also becomes a cosy cot for when she wants to go down for a nap in our living room.
I recently received the Angel BabyBox, and at first, I was a bit skeptical about its simplicity. But once assembled, I fell in love with its classy, minimal design and spaciousness. This versatile item has made my life so much easier, as it serves as a crib, playmat, changing mat, and travel cot all in one. It’s easy to carry, and it flat packs for convenient storage and transport.
What I love most about it is that it’s safe, comfortable, and made from high-quality materials. I find the safety belt feature to be especially reassuring. I’ve used it for tummy time, and it works great! As a playmat, though, I wish it came with matching toys to enhance the experience. When it comes to storage, the fact that it can be used as a storage box after our baby outgrows it is a huge bonus.
The Angel BabyBox’s neutral color scheme fits any room decor, and its compact and portable design is perfect for daily use and travel. It’s a great value for money, and the quality is top-notch. If I could suggest anything, it would be to add a matching stand for the crib and toys for the playmat.
Overall, the Angel BabyBox has become a staple in our baby’s routine, and both my baby and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend it to other parents for its versatility, quality, and ease of use. It’s truly an amazing product that’s worth every penny!
Got this beautiful gift from a wonderful friend for my baby! Such a practical product and easy to assemble! Not only my baby get to enjoy it but my 2 other boys can play in it and imagined the cot as their ship! I love it how I can turn the cot into a playmat instantly! Now my baby has outgrown it, I have passed it on to my dearest friend who gave birth to her first child and she travelled with it now!
Well made! Great quality! Feels really secure and safe with no worries of my baby being injured or falling out. Inside of the cot is soft and comfortable to touch, and the 2 different configuration is ingenius as besides sleep, it allowed a safe place and comfy place for my baby to play and move around. Most importantly the entire package is very light making it great for travel when compared to other cots which may sacrifice comfort or quality for ease of travel. In conclusion, this is definitely a great find and worth every penny!
